RecommendedThe staff at polo club is awesome! Sue and Clay always make sure their tenants are well taken care of. I’ve never seen a property manager or maintenance coordinator care about each individual’s experience in the way that they do! The common areas are always tidy and clean and the coffee bar is a nice added touch!

RecommendedI’ve stayed at the sister complex which is called The laurels while I was in college about 6 or 7 years ago. The property and staff was amazing. I was thinking about moving to Oxford manor but was very hesitant. The young lady Brelyn really helped me with answering info about the requirements & the floor plans, square footage, standard & upgraded packages. I am honestly considering making the move now! Thank you front office staff!
RecommendedI have lived in Gainesville Place for 5 years now and would recommend to anyone. The office and maintenance team are all professional, friendly, and take care of any issues quickly. The complex is well kept and beautiful with plants and trees. The location is convenient. Hands down the best set of amenities in Gainesville.
