Payment system sets residents up to fail. Rent paid on first, Enclave notes that there are NSF (due to glitch in a transfer on our end) in account but doesn't notify resident for FIVE DAYS, thereby incurring $100+ in fees. Staff haughty and unhelpful.
I toured this place yesterday and can give people insight on people that are thinking about touring. Don't do it! there are nicer and newer places in the area that are cheaper due to their specials. this place is old, small kitchen and super low ceilings. the few current residents I saw come in during the tour are some people id definitely not care to room with. one of the staff members was super nice but it seemed like she was trying to bribe us to move there. that's a red flag to me. the other staffers look like that came ... read more

The most inconsiderate apartment complex - won’t price match lower rates for students who renewed prior to coronavirus. Won’t let students break the lease either. Money hungry apartment complex who doesn’t care about their residents during pressing times.
RecommendedMy friend just recently signed a lease with Oxford and the leasing agent did so good, I’m thinking about signing too. Zehna was amazing and I encourage anyone who is interested in these apartments to sign with her. She is very thorough and was super honest with my friend which is super refreshing when it comes to signing a lease.

RecommendedOxford Manor is like THE BEST Place to stay if you’re a college student, post grad etc! Omg! It’s safe, clean, conveniently located next to campus and reasonably priced! The front office staff have been so helpful! Brelyn is the person that has helped me with almost everything! RecommendedAs a first time renter, I love the environment. very nice grounds. Staff are exceptional and friendly, made me feel like Im home. Other residents are just as friendly.
