RecommendedI love living here! The office staff is always super nice and helpful. I really like the gym here too. It’s never packed and I enjoy going to it. I just resigned here for another year!

Racquel helped me find a floor plan that would be perfect for me and Dylan helped me answer the questions I had about move in and how to get in all the paper work for my ESA. Both were very friendly and made me feel confident in my choice of signing here for the Fall!

RecommendedThe management here is useless these idiots allow smelly brainless college students run animals through in and out of the building despite asking for 700$ for rent and three times the rent for a deposit. This place is a joke ! I complained numerous times about these awful roommates that had a pit bull that they knew of for weeks! The management is uninterested in doing anything about it and I can’t wait until my lease ends to get my money back because I reside to pay for the damage that dog has done to their wood flooring
Absolutely terrible apartment complex. They do not care about their residents and the apartments themselves are in terrible condition. There was mold growing in our apartment, the dishwasher and microwave were broken, there were several broken doors and the place was disgusting when we moved in. To top it off when you move out they charge you an arbitrary amount for utilities for your last month. This means that if they charge you $200 for utilities but you only used $50 you lose $150. A total waist of time, old apartments, overcrowded, lack of parking , bugs, old cabinets, they will nickel and dime you for everything. Maintenance doesn't listen to your concerns, I had bug problems, bat problems, and AC problems. Maintenance doesn't care, all they want is your money.
TERRIBLE UNETHICAL PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE! They are trying to charge my 19 year old daughter fees when she never finished her application on line. She didn’t have a guarantor, never put down a deposit and was never approved for anything! They are trying charge her fees and ruin her credit that she hasn’t built up yet! Absolutely ridiculous!!
