The staff here are not helpful at all. They never reply to emails and often avoid their responsibilities. Additionally, they often over-charge you on rent and utility. They once charged my roommate and me twice the utility that we were supposed to pay in that month, and insist we used that much. In the end, I need to call the utility company to make the correction. I have had my bicycle stolen and my car vandalized. They do not have cameras in the garage or a proper security system. They are also unhelpful with rent during a coronavius outbreak and unwilling to understand the problems that come with it. They only care about the money forcing me to pay thousands of dollars for an empty room I cannot use because of this crisis.

We were invited with open arms there, the maintenance staff also was great in helping my staff get organized with everything that need to be done at the property! I have never had an issue with my home that wasn't resolved within a few days time. Brelyn one of the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, she is amazing and always helps me whenever I go into the office with any questions or concerns I might have! RecommendedSuper friendly and helpful staff both in the office and maintenance! Oxford Manor place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome shopping and restaurants. The apartments are nice and spacious. Totally recommend it!

Horrible experience, worst place you could imagine. Yes the facility workers are sometimes helpful, but overall, they don’t understand their jobs. You ask them to fix equipment, won’t get done till 2 months later. You ask them to check surveillance video because your car got hit? No thanks, surveillance was down for a week without anyone knowing. You are going through national emergency “COVID-19”? Oh, they will REMIND YOU to pay them! How thoughtful!
