Jess supported me with a one off 1:1 session when I had a bit of a wobble when approaching my due date. She was fantastic. She took the time to understand my concerns and worked through them all in my session. I came out of it with renewed confidence with all the tools I need to approach birth with confidence. We were unsure whether to do hypnobirthing 1:1, in a group or online. We decided we wanted Jess to come to our home and deliver the course 1:1 as we were planning a home birth. Jess managed to just squeeze us in last minute and was really flexible and helpful with dates. We instantly felt comfortable with Jess and appreciated that she aimed the course at both of us. We had joint care with Jess for our second pregnancy and her help and support was invaluable. We were unable to have Doulas at the birth (we have very quick babies!) But for us having a doula was so much more than the birth. It was having someone on hand for all those doubts/niggles/questions/random musings, it was help with preparations mentally and practically, and the support afterwards when you just need those cheerleaders to tell you you're doing great and to offer a cup of tea and a biscuit.
