I have been at condor since last August 2024 and I have been very happy here the reception team are very helpful and supportive and no concerns seem to small to deal with Sean and Jessica and Tom were all very supportive when I was ill a few months ago I enjoy the community feel to the condor and the occasional community activities that the team organize I enjoy the roof garden with its views the whole place has a welcoming feel to it that stops it being an anonymous block of flats in derby I also enjoy being central I would... read more

I love the building and my flat. The terrace is great, although it smells a bit strange sometimes, but I must say that the services offered by the landlord Grainger are abysmal. My partner moved into the building after I referred him and we were promised an amazon giftcard each, which we are yet to recieve months later despite regularly being told it will be "chased up".
