Lived here for just over year, The building is lovely, the staff are always so lovely - Zhenya organises such fantastic events for all tenants to meet eachother, which is wonderful Joe, Jess and Shaun are all lovely and a pleasure to deal with! 10/10

Jess has been an outstanding receptionist for us here at The Condor Derby. She is always welcoming, approachable, and ready to help whenever we need assistance or information. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she goes out of her way to make sure residents feel supported. Beyond her professionalism, she is a genuinely kind and considerate person, which makes a real difference. My husband and I truly appreciate everything she does. she’s a real credit to the Condor reception team.

I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far. The building is well looked after and the reception team are always on hand. Jane, in particular, deserves a special mention – she’s approachable, cheerful, and consistently goes above and beyond for residents. It’s always a pleasure to see her at the desk, and her kindness makes the whole place feel more welcoming.

Living here has been a great experience! The building is always kept in good condition, and the reception team are fantastic. I’d especially like to mention Jane – she’s incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything. Her positive attitude and genuine care for the residents really make this place feel like home. Couldn’t ask for a better person at the front desk! I’d love to say good morning to her every morning when I leave for work😁

I’ve been living here for almost a year and it’s been a really positive experience. The building is well kept, the reception team is friendly and professional, and there’s a nice sense of community. Zhenya not only does a great job at reception and organising events, but she even looked after my cat while I was away on holiday – which shows how much she goes above and beyond for residents.
