The Commons looks very nice from the outside with clean landscaping and well paved parking lots. I live in a 4B/2B and my apartment came fully furnished with high quality and comfortable chairs and a couch in the living room. All of the the kitchen amenities are up to date and there is conveniently a very nice washer and dryer in the apartment. I lived in UT Housing for two years, but living in The Commons is a dream. I have requested a few maintenance requests here and there and the team is always prompt and fixes the issue within a day or two. I would recommended leasing early for the best chance at a parking spot- I signed a lease in January 2015 for the 15/16 school year, and I got the apartment my friends and I wanted and we got great parking spots, too.
