Manager has really turned this place around, amazing now compared to what it was.

Absolute disgrace. Charge you for things like new carpet when the carpet was already disgusting. Charge for things that were already broken. Disgrace of a complex. Once had respect but that is long gone. Please look elsewhere. They also charge 50/month in parking. Disgraceful. Don’t worry they’ll put a very generic comment on this saying they’re sorry

Place sucks for customer service. When I paid the rent for my son online I messed up the routing number, so the payment didn’t go through. Needless to say it was late by the time I found out. When I called and explained they would not waive the late fee and won’t allow me to use echeck anymore, so I have to pay with a credit card and get charged $20 for using it....what a total ripoff.

Lost my rental application and lease, promised my roommate that they would reserve my spot in our unit until I sent in ANOTHER application (and pay the fee again), promptly moved someone else into my spot without contacting me or my roommates, refused to relocate this tenant but would not give us a reason, promised to find me a new place to live by the end of Tuesday but then dodged my calls consistently for 8.5 hours, then promised AGAIN to find me somewhere to live by noon yesterday and, yet again, dodged my calls and igno... read more

The management was horrible. They charge you extra when you move out even when they say that they won’t. Our washer broke almost every time we used it and it would take them weeks to come fix it. They charged us $50 a person for a trash bag that was sitting outside our apartment even though it wasn’t ours. They search through your mail, which is totally illegal. Overall, a horrible place to live and would never recommend it to anyone!

My time at the commons has been less than average. The office people that were here when we moved in 3 years ago was great, but it has continuously gotten worse since then. We have had bad experience after bad experience with them adding random roommates in at random times. We had a husband and wife move in and the office wouldn’t do anything about it after numerous complaints. After making it through our last year here we got a call that they are moving another random roommate in to our apartment in the middle of finals wee... read more

Unfortunately I do not have the time to write about all the seemingly endless reasons to not live here. They have the worst management of all time. The manager is a scum bag who would rather cuss you out then work to solve your issue. They do not care about their residents at all. They fix things on their time. Most alarming, I once had a maintenance worker open my bathroom door without knocking or saying a word. I was butt naked. Ladies, beware of the perverts this apartment complex employs. Living here was one of the worst... read more
