Starting to hate this place! This is my second year at the commons but things have changed a lot . Management is very rude and they suck everything you read on the review is true so don't come here please ! Save your money
This is the most disgusting place place to live!! The pictures do not depict the actual apartment. They don't clean the rooms after occupants leave so when new occupants move in everything is dirty including floors, mattresses and carpets. When they show future occupants the apartment; it is just the apartment in the advertisement, not the actual apartment. They trick college students into signing a lease before the students know what they are getting. They should be ashamed!!!
The CA'S are extremely helpful and very nice. They throw all sorts of parties and other activities for us residents here!!!! I Def recommend moving here
Lived in The Commons for a year, the problems which we reported at the beginning were still problems at the end. Our washing machine broke and they wanted us to wait 3-4 weeks before they could fix it. Also, we had a bad mold problem! I was constantly bleaching it to keep it sorta clean. We also had, multiple packages go missing! Honestly, move into a house guys. One of the reasons I chose The Commons was because of the cheap rent, I'm paying less now (275) for more space aaaaaaand I'm only a couple blocks (4) away from camp... read more
