First day I moved in, vent in bathroom starts leaking, and AC wouldn't drop lower than 87 degrees. We got to the apartment at around 5:30pm and the AC finally turned on and got to about 80 degrees at around 12:40 am. There was glass on the floor under the sofa, and overall the apartment was dirty. Would give it 0 stars if I could...
So as a perspective tenant I'm extremely concerned about what I'm getting myself into...I'm reaching out to anyone who has moved in within the time the new management has lived here. Has this place improved or stayed about the same? I just signed an application and now I'm hesitant to continue with the process. I need a place that's reliable and safe. If anyone could please reach out to me with your current input or concerns that would be really helpful! Thanks!
I love living here! The staff is super friendly. Maintenance comes right away whenever I have a problem. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The best apartment complex I've lived in so far in Tallahassee!
Absolutely trash. I have wanted out since I moved in. It's infested with bugs and management sucks. They let one of their office workers start a fight with me. The air condition didn't work in the apartment I was initially moved into, when I finally got a new apartment the A/C works when it wants to. They recently allowed a pool party that ended with gunshots. I could go on forever.. this place should be burned down. DONT LIVE HERE. I WOULD LIVE IN MY CAR BEFORE RENEWING.
