This apartment complex is a complete fraud and only wants money. They don’t care about the safety of their tenants. I was promised an $800 gift card once I sign my lease and a month later I was told that I’m not getting it. I signed my lease based on false promises. When I moved into my apartment it was dirty and to this day they still fail to come clean it. I don’t recommend this apartment complex to ANYBODY.
Parents and Students Beware! Upon moving out we were told that no one would be coming to do a walk through, knowing this we took pictures of every space and made sure the apartment was move in ready. Weeks later I receive an email stating that I owe a balance because the tv in the common area is missing. Words can not describe how furious I am at 1. Being accused of stealing 2. never in a million years would I ever recommend living here. Do not i repeat do not move into this horrible place.
This place is the worst! The security at the front gate is a joke. This GATED community has never been gated once. Cocachroach infestation for months, & they won’t give us a new unit. Someone got shot & died last weekend during BROAD daylight and I could see the crime scene from my balcony. This was also the second shooting here in the last year. When we moved in it took 2 months for them to give us a working dryer. Maintenance staff called me “sarcastic”. Tanning beds don’t work and never have (which is an offered amenity).... read more
I'd love to put ZERO STARS due to the MOLD SPORES growing on the walls in the apartment. They claim it's mildew but you can clearly see it's mold spores. Lets not even discuss the shootings that have taken place. Parents if you wants your kids to be healthy and safe, this isn't the spot you should rent. I could go on and on about the maintenance etc. I think you get this idea... STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE you will thank me later . Not worth the risk.
RecommendedI love living here. The apartments are nice on the inside, and you can't beat free cable in the living room that's the Mission Point we have a washer and dryer and a dishwasher, and the ovens in good shape also. Not to mention, you have a nice Clubhouse, workout room, basketball court, and Tennis Court!. This is definitely a nice place to live. I would recommend this place to all of my friends, especially those that are still in school.
For a first timer or most likely a freshman in college , this Apartment is nice. They’re friendly and the area is nice. May not always be the best but you can always try & make the best of it because it is affordable.
