Outside of the gunshots and violent fights, the customer service and maintenance is poor. The internet and cable services have been out of order for almost 2 months. Yet the students are expected to pay rent on time. My student lives on the backside in a poorly lit area, and he has to travel offsite every night to go to library, which closes at 12AM. This BullS*** is unsafe, running up gas costs for my student and jeopardizing his safety..

Disgusting place to live if only I could attach pictures to this review! Mold in dishwasher,fridge leaks on food, dryer doesn't dry, and they leave there trash out like a bunch of monkies.

If only I could give no stars! Literally such a waste of money living here. Absolutely disgusting and management is horrendous. Nothing but shootings nasty trash everywhere and no one ever gets back with you no call backs or anything.
This the worst place to put your college students. Don't fall for the pretty pictures and hype. Since August there have been 3-5 shootings.
I wish I could give this apartment complex a ZERO ! If you knew what was best for you , you would not even look towards the Commons ! They have no care about their tenants, all they really honestly and truly care for is your MONEY ! The best thing out here is the maintenance people , they take care of your issues.
