Called for help with my deceased mum’s estate. Receptionist was very brusque and off. Told me she’s put me through to the director. But the line just went silent and I was left waiting for five minutes without knowing what was going on before I hung up and called another solicitor. An additional contact today, a year later, for another reason, and the receptionist was again rude and this time lazy and unwilling to take ownership .
