Never had an issue getting an appointment for myself or my daughter. Very pleasant staff
What a disgrace!!! When you eventually get through the earliest appointment is over 4 weeks and when you get there the doctor spends all her time reading your notes from over 3 years ago to tell you exactly what you already know!!! Absolutely disgusted with the practise
I’ve been a patient at the colliery for about 2 years and have been more reliant than I wish I had to be on them due to poor health. They have never once let me down, they are always so pleasant to talk with - clinical and clerical - always able to get appointments in decent times, never made to feel a nuisance, medication/referals/signposting always completed efficiently. It is so heartwarming to see that professionalism is still going strong at this practice!
