probably the least organized business ive ever encountered. management is slow to respond to emails, even prior to the pandemic, and generally unhelpful. when calling for information you'll almost definitely have to be put on hold because the employees are not knowledgable about their own policies, if they even answer the phone. additionally, the rates are obscenely high for generally low-quality apartments. our ceilings leak and are moldy, the garbage disposal broke within a week of moving in, the walls are riddled with hol... read more

RecommendedVery Helpful. We signed a lease for an apartment from The College Inn and when we got home we notice a typo in the lease which was more than the agreed upon price. Well everybody knows that when a lease is signed, it's binding. The next day, we got with Lexi at their office and there was absolutely no run around to get it fixed. She got an addendum correcting the lease approved and signed immediately. Lexi didn't have a stifled business attitude or an aloof employee that only worked because she had to. Do not recommend this place. Staff and manager are rude and not helpful.
The location is great.
Great place to live (and work), especially for a NCSU student! Not having to worry about bringing/buying furniture makes moving so much easier. Everything is included in the rent and the pool is wonderful!
Waffle Wednesday, Free Frank Friday, Ice Cream Bar!!! All of the resident events that The College Inn holds are amazing. Working and living here has made the adjustment to Raleigh so much more fun and easier than I expected! Each and everyday the staff is always smiling and ready to help anyone or anything.
