Professional and helpful.
I was at the bank today for business. There was something very funny about the two 30-something office guys working there, because they were laughing. Is it possible that I no longer have to work at age 50, or that I worked in a higher position than they do now? Or how do I move to Barcelona, where it doesn't rain? Whatever. After all, they did their work for their salary. I used them for their purpose. I don't have to deal with the human part. That's why I give all 5 stars.
Waste of time trying to contact them on the phone. Don’t answer have waste two hours to try and talk to someone.
I went in today and the team couldn’t have been more friendly or more helpful. Special thanks to Hoda and Ali as they were very patient with my transaction.
