Just wanted to say massive thank you to Jenny who was so friendly, welcoming and supportive when I went in asking for help with my online banking! She made it look so easy and helped me so much. When I initially walked in Jenny was talking to this lovely older man. She said he often comes in and they all chat to him and make him feel at home. I'm sorry but your service is absolutely awful. I've asked for a pin number because I had trouble with the one I had!!! But have still not received it. I asked for a new pin over the phone. Never received. When I spoke to your guy at the Bank, he said it wasn't requested. I had to go into town to the branch to get my money out. I still have not received my pin. I can't buy anything for Xmas - there IS money in my account!! I've had enough - nothing but trouble with this bank. No service whatsoever. I will have to change my b... read more

I only put one star or couldn't post review. Manager of this branch should be sacked simply. My mother for years who's practically deaf and blind in wheelchair has given proof of theft from her account of nearly we guess £30.000 yes thousand pound and they've so for (FOR YEARS) now refusing to provide backdated statements hindered investigation (unlawful) haven't reported to their fraud department (proofed) when I called fraud dept meaning mum hasn't had lawful refund of all her tens of thousands stolen of her!!
