Went for a Sunday roast recently with friends, the food was good but the service was terrible / probably the worst I’ve experienced. The waiter spilt a pot of gravy on our table, which he didn’t attempt to mop up or apologise for. We mopped it up with napkins. When we asked if the spilt gravy could be replaced, he rolled his eyes and said “I suppose so” and proceeded to only replace the gravy with the exact same amount that he had spilt, which is very stingy tbh.
