I’ve been going to jasmine (Birmingham) for skin treatments and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. She’s always professional, welcoming, and truly knowledgeable about skin treatments. I’ve noticed such an improvement in my skin since starting my sessions, and I always feel comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled skin specialist!
They Took My Money, Gave Me Nothing. I regret ever trusting this clinic. I paid £400 and asked for a refund within 3 days of booking — 18 days before the treatment. They refused, kept me in limbo for weeks, and gave me excuse after excuse. When I finally gave in and did the facial and microneedling (just so I wouldn’t lose my money), it was a joke. No change, no results, no professionalism. This place is a money machine. No compassion, no integrity, just fake promises and empty service. I wouldn’t send my WORST ENEMY here.
