My wife and I are in our 70s and over the years have used many physiotherapists to treat sports and other ailments. John Ostrovkis is much the most knowledgeable, expert, thorough and effective of all those we have met. He also won't attempt to prescribe unnecessary sessions. We recommend him very highly.
I highly recommend John and this service, he is excellent and a very knowledgeable guy. I use his free video library to learn any new exercises he recommends.
Hip After 6 months of extreme hip pain including private x ray, MRI, Orthopedic Consultation, Steroid injection and daily pain relief (strong). Place on a waiting list for key hole surgery. My 2nd visit to John's clinic. First one in 2019 for an elbow injury was thoroughly successful. I was given insights, advice and exercises that work and helped me treat my elbows effectively. This time I've come for a shoulder injury (both injuries, elbows and shoulder, classic climbing symptoms).
