What a great service professional informative and carpets look great price is good too would highly recommend
After an accident with some coal I called John. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was professional, friendly and the carpets were spotlessly clean. He is reasonably priced, efficient, flexible and his products are pet friendly. I will be making a carpet clean with John a regular part of my annual spring clean now!
Fantastic company! John arrived a few minutes early, he was smartly dressed and wonderfully polite and helpful at all times. He was understanding of my limitations and health problems, he moved a few pieces of heavy furniture like dining room chairs safely out of the way before he started work. John explained the carpet cleaning process, what to expect and that he doesn’t use any harsh chemicals. Fantastic pleasant experience using the clean company Essex’s. John arrived on time, explained the process and the Finnish/cleanliness on the sofas and rug speaks volume on his professionalism. Highly recommend, and we will be using his services again soon.
Highly recommend!! We have used John for his services for multiple items of furniture including a snooker table and our carpets recently and we cannot believe the difference! The effort he puts in to achieve the best results are exceptional and way beyond what you'd expect for the prices that he charged.. Seriously impressive!
