The only reason I gave lower scores for my last visit is that I felt that the clenaing was rougher than usual. There was a lot of bleeding, and my gums were throbbing by the end. I had a different tech that time than normal.
Nice to see dental professionals who really care about making visits comfortable and painless.
Susan is an incredible asset to the office, she assists in a calm manner based on experience and knowledge. Ashley's gentle touch is greatly appreciated.
My appt was with Dr Gonzalez and Kristen was the Hygenist. They were both extremely informative about every step of the procedure - what I would feel, hear and expect. It was truly one of the least painful experiences with a dentist that I have ever had. They even took the time at the end to summarize what was done and what I should experience over the next few days till my next appt. I am completely satisfied. AShly was was an excellent Hygienist and so was the receptionist that day
It was our first time at the office.I really liked Dr Gonzalez & the girl that did the x-ray. Dr explained in details all my father's options and made my father feel very comfortable. He is the reason we will be back. However, there was something that left a bad taste in my mouth. Before scheduling my father's appointment I insured that the office took my father's insurance info and they were within the network.
