The new receptionist was not very friendly. I had to say "hi" first and then nothing else. I guess I am so used to Susan who is wonderful.
Katelyn was concerned about my comfort during the visit. Dr Short showed patience when the visit lasted longer than anyone anticipated. All the staff was courteous and helpful.

by friday afternoon the upper partial was very uncomfortable. the tooth to the right of the faux tooth was aching from the partial denture sliding forward impacting back of tooth upon closing of the mouth.also the hard pallet tissue was irritated. upon close inspection of the flipper it was found to be very rough in the area that was ground out in order to ensure fit. fitting is still needed to acommadate the natural tooth to the rt.(upper)and the top of the flipper needs to be smoothed to stop irritation to palette. i will ... read more
I'm not a fan of dentists (no offense). However, since I started going to Classic Smile, I'm no longer as anxious as I used to be. Everyone in the office is so friendly and help make my visits as comfortable as possible!
It was an awesome visit as always!
I was convinced by all the Yelp.com reviews; therefore, I had to check it out. I love the atmosphere of the office. The staff and dental team are fantastic people, and I'm always greeted with respect. Since becoming a new patient, I have already recommended family and friends to sign up as well. One thing I love most are the Reminders via email and text, It's very helpful to keep track for those who deal with busy schedules.
