Susan is always warm when she greets me; Ashley is always watching out for me and making sure I'm never uncomfortable, she also provides excellent answers to any questions I ask. I travel to Medford to The Classic Smile because I know I'll be in good hands and always be treated well. It's almost like family.
Everyone is very nice at Dr. Shorts office and they work together very well.
It would be nice to have the opinion of hot water.
Suzanne (front desk) consistently does a great job, she is extremely professional and courteous. I have personally recommended Dr Short to many of my friends and family due to the high level of skill and qualified personnel throughout his practice.
This dental office is great. The moment I walk in I feel at ease and am always told what is going on with my teeth and gums in full description.
All of the staff are very professional and very pleasant. All of you make going to the Dentist easy for me as I have had very bad experiences in the past before coming to this practice.
