Cassy my Hygenist was so gental and thorough ,to me that is important since I am an old person and my teeth are extra sensitive. I appreciate the care Cassy took in her profession as a Hygenist. I also would like to say the office staff, all beautiful professional girls know just how to make me feel comfortable.
The hygienist was very professional and thorough. She does a nice job. Your team is wonderful.

The only thing I would suggest is knowing what the costs will be upfront. After my visit while checking out I began setting up the appointments that were recommended by the Dentist according to my treatment plan, I agreed upon a date and I was then told that I needed to put down a deposit just to book the appointment. I just felt a little awkward and unprepared as I had just come in for my annual cleaning so I wasn't expecting to pay any money out of pocket that day, but I also didn't know you had to pre-pay (deposit)before ... read more

Susan, Cassie, and the entire staff are always friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Short is wonderful; an outstanding dentist, teacher and boss. You can tell his staff loves him. His patients do too!
Jeanna was wonderful! She made sure I was comfortable and fully understood what she was going to do! She was very personable! As always Susan is super friendly and very helpful!, Rachel also took the time to come in and say hi and ask how things were going. Dr. Short as always puts you at ease and makes you laugh! Cannot complain about anything or anyone.
