Even though I have not been going to this dental office for very long, they make you feel as if you had been a client forever. Ashley, my Hygenist even remembered my new grandaughter's name, how old she was and asked about her which I thought was extremely thoughtful.

I almost missed my appointment. Just noticed i 10 minutes before I left work. Then I saw the 2 reminders. I forgot to bring my mouth guard for cleaning. A phone call to my hose phone would have worked better.

Christina and Susan are great as always. And then there is the fabulous Cassie, probably the best hygenist (sp?) in the universe. Dr. Short cheerfully wonderful and informative.

Cassie was great! Very nice and she did a really thorough job. I got to see the periodontist. That put my mind at ease. I love the "goodie" bag. Your lip balm tastes good. Thank you, Susan, for working out a payment plan for me.

I have had a difficult time lately health wise and had fallen behind on my dental hygiene. But I didn't receive a lecture or otherwise get made to feel guilty, my dental assistant simply made me as comfortable as possible with the nitrous and that numbing gel and was entirely understanding of my situation. I appreciated that SO much.

I look 20 years older.Have a flipper and I did not know that was what I could only have after My bridge was removed. Would not encourarge Anyone to go thru this embarrassing process My patients and co-workers feel bad.. I look bad and feel embarrassed..
