Love Cassie who does an amazing job. I always look forward to seeing her.
Had appointment at 130 got there at 1 to be on time looking for parking! i was called to sit in chair in office for 15 mins that was at 215 so for 1 hour and fifteen mins i paid someone 78 dollars to tell me i need the teeth removed! I knew that i wanted a price thats all you wonder why my blood pressure is wicked high!

Dr. Short has been our family dentist for decades, so I've been a patient at the Classic Smile since the practice's inception. My family and I have received only top-notch care and do not have a single complaint. The entire staff is competent and very friendly. As a patient at the Classic Smile, one instantly knows that everybody cares about what they do and wants to do everything correctly..
Mine was an "emergency visit" and the Doctor and staff could not have been more accommodating. Doctor Short thoroughly explained all my options for treatment.
You guys are great and very friendly and you make me feel at ease and very convertible.
Dr, Shila Sharifi was very gentle and patient to perform procedures. My mom had difficulties to cooperate to take impressions. The dr and staff were patiently re-mixing materials and re-trying until a good one was made.
We just moved to Medford and I was trying to find a good dentist nearby. I found this office by chance. So far I've been seen by Dr. Short for an evaluation and Cassie for my deep cleaning. Both seemed very knowledgeable and went out of their way to explain everything and make it comprehensible. I can't say anything about the work of Dr. Short just yet (as I haven't had any procedures), but can tell you Cassie is the best hygienist I've visited to date! Highly recommend this office.
The dental hygienist is great - very friendly, puts you at ease, explains things clearly and is very carful and through in her work. The dentist is also great - I switched here from a practice in Boston and have been very pleased with the experience and staff.
