I'd like to be contacted less about setting up appointments. It sort of stresses me out when I can't get in there because of all the calls, texts and emails. Still love you guys though!
I like all the staff, though I do not remember all their names; I find them very respectful and caring,and all seem to do a good job.
First, everyone is extremely friendly and caring from entry to exit. Second, all information and care plans are explained in detail, in layperson terms, as often as necessary, until understood. Third, you have the most state of the art systems I have ever seen in a medical practice...period !!! Finally, you all go out of your way to meet our needs and make us feel that we are your only patients. In today's world and with all of Mary Anne's problem's that is very special.
