The receptionist barely understood what I was asking and I had to repeat myself several times. He told me my case couldn’t be taken on, insisting I needed “litigation” even though I explained multiple times I was asking about mediation. When I asked for a contact email, he first offered his own but refused to provide anyone else’s. This solicitors firm are scammers. I paid them 3000£ and they don't do anything even not answer on my emails and phone calls.

It was my first time going through the process, and both the Paralegal, and the solicitor who assisted me were professional, Informative and helped me through the process expertly. They even assisted me in making an application to legal aid too. Fantastic firm and I would highly recommend them.
