Dr. Youssef has taken care of our daughter and son since they were born (14 years, 12 years). She is very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. The whole practice is welcoming and very accommodating. Her recommendations for specialists, when needed, is excellent. We feel we are in the best care possible with Collegeville Pediatrics.
3 strikes and your out in my book could not figure out simple skin issue off to DuPont to get some real answers!!! Get it together CHOP!
For the most part staff there is incredibly accommodating. Although when it comes to appointments sometimes it all has to be up to a computer instead of the common sense of somebody with a pulse. I just discovered the CHOP App and the way you could benefit me keeping track of my daughters appointments and having a complete record that I can print out at will. My first couple experiences with my children were ok. Then I took my daughter for a sick visit, the Dr asked her what was wrong, she said her belly hurt, which has been brought to their attention before, I was told since I wasn’t there for that symptom because she was there for head cold symptoms, to reschedule another appointment and they’d look at it then. I've never waited less than an hour here, despite being on time and with paperwork completed prior to arrival online. The staff is entirely indifferent to the children. This office puts a bad mark on the entire CHOP system.
