Finally!!!!! The convenience of CHOP's quality Emergency care in the suburbs!!!! I loved the waiting area and friendly staff made our visit fast and smooth. I also appreciate the first dose of meds given so I don't have to run to the pharmacy at 1am after a diagnosed ear infection. I love this place and glad I'm not forced to go to the city.

To have one doctor on staff during cold and flu season is absurd. We waited 2 1/2 hours to be brought into a room just to wait another hour to be seen. The overall visit was 4 1/2 hours. My son was beyond exhausted considering he goes to bed at 7 and we didn’t get out of there until 10:30. The receptionists, medical assistant, and doctor were all great and apologetic. Instead of having 3 receptionists they should have more medical assistants and doctors. Their staffing really needs to be revised.
My 4 year-old (who is REALLY bad with any sort of medical/peds appointments) had a pretty severe finger laceration. We came in at the end of the night. Our care team (Dr. Quirk and Sara Tompkins RN) were amazing, and somehow sutured our daughter's wound without sedation. They spoke calmly to her throughout the procedure, and (even though she was screaming for most of it) this really helped her get through it. We were in and out in about 3 hours, which was amazing considering the widespread/high number of flu cases right now.... read more
Amazing facility with amazing nurses and doctors. The nurses continued to help me after we had issues getting the prescription filled at the pharmacy. This place is great for urgent care matters, and I will definitely go again during the hours the doctor office is closed. Thank so much!
