Dr. Youseff is amazing. But that statement doesn't seem like enough. My nephew calls her Dr. Nan because he says she looks like my mom. Now my daughters call her Dr. Nan. She returns phone calls immediately and is always helpful and reassuring. We moved 45 minutes away and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Karen will always find a spot on the schedule for you, no matter how booked they are. Kind, caring, professional and curtious. More than that, they treat you like family. And that's how we think of them.
Wait time was horrible, appointment was at noon, it's now after 1 and we are still waiting to see doc, thought I could pull my son out of school, have quick appointment, grab lunch and get him back to school.
Dr. Vekteris and Dr. Held are amazing, caring and genuine. We love you and appreciate all you do for our special needs son and also our family!
CHOP Pulmonary Department is OUTSTANDING. They are SO polite, kind, efficient, and they return phone calls quickly. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the facility. I highly recommend!
