All the doctors are great but I would like to give a special shout out to Megan Canavan,apn, for following my little man through this illness so closely!
My grandson was referred out to A I Dupont medical center for the second time in his little 11 month history with this facility incurring yet another $550.00 co pay for the ER. Diagnosis, ear infection! facility was called approx. 2pm today with their hours until 7pm. If they are only there for well baby checkups say so and close your waiting room for sick children. Young families cannot afford frequent trips to the ER!!!! Very disappointed! Advised my daughter to switch facilities.

Came in at 345pm as my son fell and his chin is very swollen . Ped though he fractured so sent us here. It’s been 4.5 hrs and we had a cat scan . Still don’t have the results since someone didn’t end the study. My son is hungry and very tired . Was supposed to be given ice and no one came . Note there was no one here when we arrived . Never again . Will drive to Philly
Excellent service staff doctors they take care and work to make sure your problems are fixed even calling you at home after hours with results
Awful experience! Very rude doctors and not like CHOP in Philly at all!!! I will be reporting my experience to chop and virtua. I will never take my daughter there again
So great with kids no their stuff Always feel well informed .
