If there was an option to pick no stars I would. I walked out with my 11 month old after their lack if concern ot care. They are unable to manage time efficiently and were over an hour late for a sick apt. They are unable to triage by priority. Their lack of care or concern was insulting. The doctor spoke over my husband and I multiple times. We agreed to a treatment and they were unable to follow thru do to the lack of staff and because "they dont do it often." Great experience and the staff was very friendly. They even called the next day to follow up on my son. would recommend if off hours care is needed!
Excellent staff and very caring doctors! We take our newborn here and in the first week she had a clogged eye duct the nursing staff was very helpful in getting us a same day appointment late on a Friday afternoon. This was our second very positive experience here. They don’t just treat children at this fasciitis they also educate and inform parents in ways to help take care of their little ones.
We had a great experience at CHOP in Voorhees. Dr. Handler and the staff were simply amazing. They took such great care of my son and made me and my husband feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with Dr. Handler's follow up after surgery. You can tell he truly cares about the kids and the families he sees.
