Disapointed with this location. Always feel rushed. My most recent visit with cathy Taylor was awful. She is so rude and acted like she didnt have time for my children! My 8 month old had a fever and a terriable cough and she hardly looked at her. A week later I took her to the hospital to find out she had an ear infection. I will say the nurse staff and front desk are friendly and welcoming. I wish I could say the same for the doctor's.
Not thorough, always rushed and your just a number. Our 3 month old daughter had a fever of over 102 for almost a week and they didn't want to see her again until it was 104.1 or higher and stated that it needed to take its course. After waiting 45 minutes for the nurse to call us back to "triage" over the phone, she told me if we didn't agree we could take her to urgent care. We ended up taking her to the emergency room at DuPont. We ended up being admitted to DuPont for 3 days due to dehydration from her fever, 3 different... read more
I have to say the billing department is very deceitful...one visit for one specialist = two bills in the mail with two separate copays. All because a med student came into the room in the middle of the visit to go over the same questions we already answered four times. How does that make any sense? Should I expect another bill from the woman who took my son’s blood pressure? Is there a check in fee that the receptionist is going to send me soon? RecommendedIncredible care, thank you for caring for my son who is 2 and came in to the children’s ER throwing up after a head injury. Thank you for the pajamas, stickers, popsicles, teddy bear...thank you for cleaning up his throw up and helping me to calm down. May you all be forever blessed for the work you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you all are absolutely amazing.
Dr Hummel was amazing with my 3 year old who has recently decided to hate anything to do with seeing the dr or dentist she cane in for a sick visit crying her way through vitals and her throat swab but then he came in and she smiled the rest of her visit ... we are home and she just told me she doesn’t feel good and needs to go back to see her dr again ❤️ he has won my toddlers heart !!
RecommendedMy daughters is now 1 and has been seeing Dr. Kaminski since she was home from the NICU. Our very first appointment Dr. Kaminski knew everything about my daughter. She took the time to read her chart and that impressed me from the start. She is the most gentle and caring Dr. and I wouldn’t take my daughter to anyone else! Also she always reassured us as parents that was are doing a great job raising our daughter ❤️
Have waited two hours and 20 minute just for them to see my child at the end of the day my child was still not seen I have to walk out
I absolutely hate this CHOP branch but unfortunately it is the closest to my home. They honestly and truly do not care about the kids health and never have any late appointments available for working parents. I love CHOP but totally ashamed of this office. I was at Springfield CHOP before this and they were amazing to us!
