Totally unreliable company who either ignore or accept and don’t deliver
Extremely disappointing service. it took them nearly a week to get a senior engineer to assess the problem in the lift despite explaining the need for medical urgency for vulnerable person who is wheelchair bound. And all needed was a presence of senior engineer to sort the problem. Cannot believe that despite explaining the circumstances , we were told to be "low priority".
appalling service by both office as well as engineers. leaving jobs delayed and pending without valid reasons.
