Every time I have been to get medication patients have an issue with their prescriptions not being made up/ available or requests not being fulfilled. Why can chemists work in an efficient manner but this proves impossible at this dispensary. Someone seriously needs to determine the underlying issues and improve performance/service which I severely lacking.

Had a really good experience with this surgery, travelled here from Yorkshire and needed an appointment for my 3yo son to be seen. Rang and spoke with receptionist who was very friendly and helpful, registered him as a temp resident and received a telephone triage appointment shortly after, had a face to face appointment later that day and was seen and treated promptly, all the staff we encountered (GP and reception staff) were very friendly and helpful. Consistently good levels of care & timely interaction should be the default for Health Centres, not my experience here. I initially received a high standard of care & concern, but that fast petered out into being advised of a month's wait to see a GP at the practice. I did not require a personal appointment, merely an adjustment in pain medication, to give an update in my condition & to ensure that my Fit Notes for my employer were concurrent.
