In 1985 i had Kawasaki Disease. Dr. Newberger saved my life.
You are saving my daughters life. She has pulminary interstitial glicogenosis, or pig. Before we came here the hospital she went to was treating her like a guinea pig. They didn't know what they were doing at all and putting her through things she didn't need to. We started coming here in September of 2015 with a child that got pneumonia 2 times a month and constantly needed steroids and oxygen. Thank you for getting us home with our baby girl thank you to the renal team and the nicu team for the help of setting us up for success to bring her home back in New York you guys did what Albany couldn't do make of work for our 4 month old baby. The only thing I had a problem was you need more washers and dryers for the parents my husband and I stood there for two months and we really needed to do laundry every week and and there was only two for the whole hospital which is pretty insane bc a lot of parents stay with there... read more
Everyone here been so awesome and they make it so easy on the kids and parents to deal with the situation at hand, Doctors and nurses are awesome with explaining everything and they take their time to make sure you understand everything. The staff is great, security and the service people. #EDDIESTRONG this will be our home for the next few months. Big thank you to Doctor Stone, Doctor Salan and the rest of the teams for they are doing their absolute best to get my Lil man well. Keep Eddie Elkhoury in your prayers please.

Yo soy de hermosillo, sonora mi hija kimberlyn de 6 años le acaban de diagnosticar masa tumoral en el lado izquierdo del cerebro y quería ver si insiste una ayuda para ella en su hospital .
My 3 month old son came in for open heart surgery for tetrology of fellot. His surgeon was great and very nice with explaining everything! So far all Dr and nurses we have had we excellent and had absolutely no problem keeping us informed and contacting me when things happened. I have been a bit annoying when it comes to updates. So pleased with everything!! His surgery was March 1st, we are still in cardiac ICU.
We nominate all the nurses on 9 NW. My daughter was hospitalized on neuro floor for 9 straight weeks and had 5 Brain surgeries, in addition a severe hemorrhage. plus gastric bleeding etc.. Chief staff even assigned special care around the clock. Also Introducing Great holistic approaches. Ie. Reiki aromatherapy and acupuncture.
