I was a patient of Dr. Hendren in 86 & 93. I was born without a bladder & he made me a new one. Thanks to him & the wonderful staff that took care of me while I was there I'm living a full life, have an amazing fiancée have a 14 month old daughter & another daughter due in February!

My son was a patient in 1988, he had inhaled meconium and ended up on a ECHMO machine. He received excellent care there from the neonatal intensive care unit under Dr, Jonathan Cronin and Dr. Michael Epstein. We have enjoyed the reunion picnics they have. My son, John Newton, Jr. is now 26 years old and doing well thanks to Boston Children's Hospital!!
My grandson was taken to the Boston Children Hospital Er from SS Hospital for meningitis . They wrongfully accused the parents of Shaken Baby Syndrome . We were told the baby might me there for a couple of weeks and have developmental issues. We were heartbroken . After one day there and a normal MRI the baby was ready to be released. July 14, 1989 I received a Bone Marrow Transplant for Aplastic Anemia. All odds were stacked against me. Thank you to Dr. David Fisher for believing in miracles. Here I am 25 years later, with a loving husband & 2 beautiful children (Well if you can call 20 & 18 children) ... Dr. Fisher, you once told me I was your miracle...I just wanted to let you know that you are mine! ♡☆♡
i am grateful to boston childrens hospital. When our Naga was 8 months old they did her open heart surgery to repair the wholes in her heart. She has been a blessing ever since. she is now 14 and beautiful. Thank you
