My daughter came to Boston Children's Hospital when she was 6 months old because she had cataracts, they did her first surgery at 7 months old and we plan to get her implants in a few more years. The staff and the surgeon were wonderful.
One of my son's friends did his 8th grade oration on the topic "Landmarks". This very clever young man chose BCH as his landmark. He spoke eloquently about his experiences there as a patient. I was in tears as he described his time with you all. May you be blessed.
I wish to work here someday. I love the innovative ideas and creativity you guys work with. Bringing moments of joy in sick children's life. Applaudable seriously.

I am living proof of the amazing work at Boston Children's . I was born in 1966 . I had my first open heart surgery there 6 months after my birth . Then another open heart surgery when I was in elementary school. Then they did spinal fusions and bone repair on me also when I was in elementary school to repair my scoliosis. They always treated me so good , extra snacks, lots of little things most people wouldn't think of, plenty of attention to make sure I felt special . Various departments have been godsends to my son and our family. The only reason I gave it four stars is my experiences at the ER. Both long and exhausting.
They really are #1 for me and my family in the hard times and the good times they treat u like family I thank the Lord for having nurses and doctors like they have here that are so awesome with there patients! !
It's been a while now but I haven't forgotten. I wouldn't have nor would I trade the memories we created in his last three months. Mark was taken as another angel in the end but I will forever be grateful to the amazing staff at Boston's Children's for the the time they gave us. :)
