I've heard so many great things about this hospital, so when I found out they could treat my Venus malformation I was excited to finally get some answers. The staff was very friendly, but twice now I've had appointments cancled due to the Dr. taking on an emergency case. Just because I'm not and emergency doesn't mean I'm not important. I'm sick of being thrown to the side. I also feel that because I'm not a child, I'm not as important. Don't think I'll be rescheduling anything with this hospital again.

They've taken the upmost care of my children and family. It's one of the greatest hospitals in not just state of country but in the world!
I gave 3 stars because I am torn. Children's was WONDERFUL with both my kids. My now 18 year old had emergency surgery when he was 3 and these doctor's and nurses saved his life. My youngest had been seen for testing and throughout his life for failure to thrive. My problem is your ignorance to PANDAS. When so many other doctors can be on board and you are considered to be the best but you can't educate yourselves. Calling family services on a family unnecessarily. I am thankful for the care the family received at Boston Children's Hospital. You greeted us at the door knowing what needed to be done. The staff in the emergency room was most welcoming and calming as they explained the procedure my son needed to inflate his collapsed lung and take the pressure off his heart. Within two hours, my sons organs were back where they needed to be and he was in his hospital room to rest.
