Our's daughter care at Children's was exceptional, especially nurse Caroline Carter. She was kind, and attentive. Her love of children was apparent in her interactions with our daughter; conversing with her and teaching her what a nurse does.

A staff of angles
Justina Pelletier herself said that your staff was "mean and nasty" to her. I would think that in a top-notch hospital, the doctors and nurses would be kind and compassionate.
You cannot judge all the doctors at this hospital on a decision that 1 or 2 doctors and admonistrators made. My daughter has been going here since she was 3, she just turned 13. She has 4 regular specialits and has a couple of surgeries and many evaluations. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
