Extremely disappointing experience and lack of care from Beverly Sokel with my daughter during Covid period. Sadly, a generation of young girls with autism are being misdiagnosed and not getting the right advice or help needed. There is a clearly a huge lack of understanding regarding autism in girls with this practice (having since had a very positive experience elsewhere) it’s now evident how terrible this practice was and time that was wasted. Would not recommend.
Very unresponsive. Poor customer service. Never answer calls and very slow to respond to emails. Was recommended by GP but has taken several months to get simple information required by Insurance. Will definitely have to look elsewhere.
We undertook a comprehensive, multidisciplinary assessment for our daughter, and regrettably, it turned into a complete nightmare, incurring substantial costs. The recommended professionals left much to be desired, with questionable competence at best. I urge you to examine the TrustPilot reviews for HCA Healthcare, as it serves as a prime example of the quality of professionals included in the list of recommended visits I was obligated to make. The frustration and disappointment from this experience linger even years later.
