The meals my daughter and I had was very disappointing. I had fish and chips. The fries were limp and cold. The tartar sauce had so much dill it's difficult to call it tartar sauce. My daughter had five cheese pasta that was so bland I thought they used red dye to make it look like there was sauce in it. The menu is too large to have food that is more than mediocre. The service was poor also. No empty plates were removed and no refills on drinks until we were leaving.
This was my first time here...very good food..and the red velvet cheesecake...the best. I will be coming back..
I was taken to The Cheesecake Factory for my birthday and it was my first time ever going, the food and the service were wonderful, I will surely be returning.
I eat here all the time. The staff is great and Customer Service is always top notch. Try the Chicken Mederia if you want to be addicted!
I'm tired of places serving overpriced food that I could order from Applebees.
I have been going to the chessecake factory in Pasadena, California since I was a young girl and I was so glad when I found one here in Carmel. Its a must have for me and my husband when we do valentines day dinner or anniversary's. Now its even better that we have a closer one in Greenwood by greenwood mall. I love the portion sizes. The food is a little pricey but its well worth it and the art and dim lighting is perfect. My first time there and I was so impressed. The service was good but the food was great. I couldn't believe the portion sizes! We're visiting from Michigan and I had so much food left over, it made me sick to have to throw it out. It's pricey but if you want good food, this is the place to go. Try the strawberry shortcake, it's to die for!

The food is excellent which makes it very difficult to save room for what you really went there for- the fabulous cheesecake. It's so hard to decide because they are all fabulous, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of the choices. My advice- plan to take home at least half your entree or half the cheesecake slice!
