I just wanted to share my great experience visiting a podiatrist today for the first time! I saw Alex Bruce. I injured my toenail during a long walk and was really worried about it. From the moment I walked into his office, he made me feel very comfortable with his friendly demeanor. He was super professional and explained everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease. It was quick and efficient
I've had pain in my big toe for months ,due to my toenail being infected ,I hate anyone touching my feet, and was anxious going to the appointment, but the podiatrist, Alex,was amazing,very professional and gentle ,I didn't feel any pain ,and after Alex trimming my nail and treating it ,I felt great walking out with no pain ,I would highly recommend The Centre
I have been attending this chiropodist since April for treatment with David. Today was my 7th treatment, and I was surprised to be told that the medication being used is expensive and that if multiple medications are needed, I would be charged extra. This was never mentioned at any point before, despite me receiving the same treatment since April. I felt this was very unprofessional and should have been explained upfront.
