RecommendedEveryone was very friendly and nice. We were in and out with cast on in a little over an hour.
*updated* Appointment was at 3, arrived 15 minutes early like asked. Been here 2 hours and I still haven’t been seen. I received the email asking me to rate my visit today before the doctor even saw me.
I brought my husband to MMI for his back pain and after 4 months, Dr. Idema found that he needed a diskectomy. Now that whole situation went fine and I have no problems with his experience in 2016. But TODAY I have called 17 times since 8am, at one point I stayed on the phone waiting for 20 minutes, and STILL have not spoken to a human being about MY back pain. The staff and Doctors are the best!! Dr. Steinberg did my knee replacement and I would recommend him to everyone!! Very knowledgeable and caring Doctor. Dr. Bhargava is my Rheumatologist and she is great. Give MMI an A+!!!
I have gone to MMI for several years to address various orthopedic issues. The whole staff, whether they are front desk,providers,scheduling staff, physical therapy staff, had always acted in a professional, caring, manner. I have recommended this practice to family and friends, without any reservation at all. They are the "golden standard" in orthopedic care!
Best Ortho practice in town, hands down. Dr. Copaken was so amazing with my toddler!
This place is incredible. Fast, proficient, knowledgeable and willing to stay a little late today (Saturday) to get me taken care of. No other place to go for Orthopedics. Thank y’all.
