Very poor customer service skills, which resulted in me cancelling my first appointment and all the rest! I arrived 10 minutes late, and the girl advises there is a quarter til policy which I was still in, comes back and says they can't see me today. What was the kicker to get me heated is the fact I drove an hour away, wasting gas & time! I will never use this office and I'll be sure to share with everyone I know! #greatfirstexperience
Dr. Steinberg is the best! Seeing him was the best thing I did for my knee.
Very disappointed! Had been looking forward to my appointment that had been made a few weeks prior to yesterday at 1:15pm. When I got there the staff notified me that Dr. Villanueva had plans to leave early and had already left the building. This office must be very unorganized to not even receive a phone call.
Completely unresponsive! They have changed my appointment time twice with no notice and then it is my fault I'm late. Not dealing with them any longer.
