Dr. James Steinberg injected my sore hip and I didn't even feel the injection! Came into his office limping and ran a 5k the next day without pain! Thank you!!! You are the best!
12/10/2014 - Had appointment today at 3:00. I get there at 2:15 only to be told Doctor would not see anyone until 4:30 because her clinic would be starting at 3:00. Front desk lady said they called the house to say Doctor would be late. Told this person how she could sit there and lie to my face. My Wife is home everyday and no call was received. I will never deal with MMI again.
I am grateful to have found Dr. Bhargava and the staff at MMI. Newly diagnosed with RA; Dr. Bhargava explained my condition, our treatment options and some long term strategies. I highly recommend MMI.
Absolutely a great experience between the wonderful staff and the high-tech ability to take care of paperwork, lab results, and patient forms online is amazing! I love the MMI portal to get all my patient forms up to date, view upcoming appointments, etc. Also Dr. Chilton is the BEST! His honesty and friendliness are beyond compare and I wish my general practice doctor was as well mannered! I am at a loss what knd of doctors office asks for records from doctor Never once speaks to the patient and then calls and says No we will not take you as a client. i have spoken to 15 pain management clinics in the last few days after the one i was in was not hearing me when i said the medication was not helping, and that my liver doctor would like it changed which he included a letter. I have been coming here for 20 yrs and today I was 10 minutes late.. Yes 10 minutes for the first time ever and they refused to see me!!! If this is your policy then make sure it is shared when the appointment is made! I'm livid that I had to take time off of work and then get denied! How many times have I had to sit and wait for the Dr's????? Please don't lose site that your patients are in pain and wait many weeks to get in and see you. With the construction on 15 a little flexibility would be nice.
Dr. Mark Chilton is a wonderful, knowledgeable physician. Our entire family has seen him over the years--we have known him for 35 years and there is no one I would trust more.He constantly researches his field, lectures to up and coming physicians, and really listens when you tell him what'as going on.These are rare qualities in medicine today.
