These people are terrible I had my doctor write a referral to have theory and no one ever called me! I will never go to this office or any other they are rude and very unprofessional
My wife had a appointment scheduled and I had to change it. So, when I went to reschedule I found out that they never booked the appointment for which they gave me the reminder card for.
My son re-posted my complaint after it was taken down. Everything that needs to be said is in that posting - about a physical therapy technician displaying videos of the Taliban be-heading people - and in an area patients could clearly hear, I did! I went here for a broken finger after confirming that it was broken at urgent care and was told that it needed surgery, and to act fast. To my surprise I never saw an actual Doctor at MMI, just an assistant, for maybe 30 seconds. She told me oh it's not that bad, put me in a hard cast and sent me on my way. I followed up with an actual Doctor at a different practice and was told immediately that it needed at least pins. Dr Gilsdorf has been awesome. I see him at every follow-up appointment. He sits down to talk with me and treats me like Im his top priority. Ive never felt rushed or like I was taking up too much of his time. I always arrive 10-15min prior to my appt and am always called back within 5min of my scheduled appointment time. Front desk staff are always very friendly.
