Often good service. However, initially refused to see my 6 month old baby. We called at 530pm and were told to fill in the form and we’d get a call for an appointment before closing. After not hearing we went in just after 6 and the DRs were leaving despite being open until 630. After initially saying they wouldn’t see her and to go to A&E my husband pointed out he didn’t want to take a baby to A&E on a Friday evening. In the end they saw her in reception and gave a prescription. Disappointing though.

Thank you to everyone at cedars from the receptionist through to the doctor who suspected my cancer because I did not have a clue I owe you all so much. Update after visiting again was seen by Dr Ritu Prasad as with the rest of the team she is extremely professional and puts you at ease. Can't recommend this medical centre highly enough.

I was having difficulty with registering with the practice and accessing NHS information. There was a wonderful receptionist who helped me after I’ve had problems online with NHS services. She was very helpful both on the telephone, and afterwards, when I went into the Surgery.

Always had a great service from the dr’s, nurses and reception team. They are incredibly friendly, kind and supportive. I recently saw the nurse (can’t remember her name) who was amazing, so friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. The receptionist Alpana who helped me yesterday is a lovely lady and again very helpful and friendly. Thank to you all.
